The M² Spa Experience
At M² Spa Mary’s mission is to make clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed. From easy booking online, sending detailed instructions on getting to M² Spa. Welcoming the guest with natural blood orange or lavender hand sanitizer and a warm friendly handshake and smile. She holds the door open for you when coming in. Sets the room up to reflect the guest’s favorite color and favorite aromatherapy, table warmer preference, white noise sound, and music so it’s a tranquil environment and it’s very homey and inviting. Guest can enjoy complementary infused fruit water or pick from a variety of hot teas to choose from to enjoy in a to go cup. So, you can enjoy it there or take it outside and enjoy the beautiful tranquil landscape and walking paths around the building.
Mary customizes their session to ensure the best experience possible. She makes you feel safe by disinfecting the table, floor, doorknobs, and the essential oil bottles after each guest so there is no cross contamination.
After the session, Mary follows up with the guest to see how their skin or body is feeling. Mary takes pride in her skills and treats every guest as they are important, special, and valued.
