Mary has always wanted to help people. She was very active volunteering in the community from working in nursing homes to helping with rebuilding homes for habitat for humanity, where she fell in love with the medical field.
She attended La James International College and passing her board exam she got a job at Massage Heights. A few years went by and Mary wanted to broaden her skills to skin.
Mary suffered from acne her whole life, going to see 3 dermatologists and nothing worked. She figured esthetics school would complement her massage therapy skills.
She graduated at the top of her class at Iowa School of Beauty. Passed her boards before even completing her schooling.
With esthetics, she cleared up her acne. She wanted to help others to achieve healthy skin. With massage therapy and esthetics she wants to help people achieve whole-body wellness through being pain-free naturally and one of the oldest integrative medicine to having healthy skin since the skin reflects what is going on, on the inside of the body.
Mary brings over 10+ years of experience and has extensive training techniques for therapies including sports, deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal, Neural Reset Therapy, cupping therapy, and lymphatic massage. With intensive training in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, galvanic current, ultrasonic, high frequency, microcurrent and LED light therapy.
